Daniel Fridman

Daniel is a founding member of The Analyst Pledge. He is currently an analyst at JP Morgan in New York in the Financial Sponsors Group.

He spent his formative years in Germany, Israel, and Panama, driving his academic focus on development economics. Outside of school, he serves as the Global Co-Head of Strategy at the Students’ Philanthropic Foundation, which aims to engage students in the fight against global poverty. In his free time, Daniel is an avid scuba diver, soccer fan, and hip hop head.

Daniel grew up in Frankfurt, Germany and graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business in May 2020.

Kristian Osmeña Rüegg

Kristian is a founding member of The Analyst Pledge. He is currently an analyst at Deutsche Bank in New York, where he is part of the CRE Special Situations Group.

As a co-founder and former Chair of Finance at New York University’s Students’ Philanthropic Foundation (SPF) branch, Kristian wanted to expand philanthropic initiatives beyond the university level and into the analyst space. Outside of work, he loves to boulder and play / watch soccer and basketball.

Kristian is from Los Angeles, California and graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business in May 2020.

Alexia Gallian

Alexia is a founding member of The Analyst Pledge. She is currently an investment analyst at Partners Group in Denver.

A Girl Scout for 13 years, Alexia grew up partaking in and chairing charity projects for her local community in Miami Beach, Florida. Her dedication to social impact carried into her studies through Stern’s Sustainable Business department and her work experiences as a business consultant for social enterprises. Outside of work, she loves hiking and skiing, and is passionate about health and wellness.

Alexia graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business in December 2019.

Tim Thole

Tim is a founding member of The Analyst Pledge. He is currently an analyst at TD Securities in New York, where he is a part of the Communications, Media & Technology group.

Growing up in France, Germany and the US, Tim has spent much of his time at NYU studying the economic repercussions of our international financial system. As the former director of marketing at TEDxNYU, he focused his extracurricular efforts on fostering an environment that allowed his fellow students to share their ideas on current issues.

Tim graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business in May 2020.
